From the outset, our goal has been to provide the market with traditional Italian meat specialties some of which weren’t otherwise available in the market and many of which available only on a regional basis in Italy. We hope to improve the selection of fine Italian meats and in so doing provide exciting new culinary experiences for our customers.

We use flavor as our guide in selecting our suppliers. Humanely raised animals provide the highest quality mean and organically grown spices provide the most vibrant flavours. We also make sure that our suppliers honor traditional artisan practices by using natural casings for our salamis.
