Lanzarini's passion for high quality products is the leading factor that had guided “Salumificio Lanzarini Giovanni Srl” since 1961, a passion handed down from father to son from the days of its founder, Giovanni Lanzarini and which has continued into the third generation. Their development started in the early sixties with the setting up of a small factory producing cold meats and salami, and has developed over the years through continuous investments and an increase in its production capacity. Today, the company can count on a modern and functional structure, in a position to face and cope with the demands and changes of the market. Today the company chooses the best meats, which are then transformed, cured, seasoned and matured naturally following the criteria of a hundred-year-old tradition.
